（1）Check mold is intactness before using it, not miss insert, core and block. Mold cavity, insert and core should not be knocked, repair them in time if they are abnormal. At the same time clean for mold cavity, insert and core and paint release agent. Assemble mold in correct way, notice at angle part to prevent damaging from knock.
（2）During pressing wax, can not press too much to damage mold, especially mold top attached with core insert which easily be damaged and induced mold damage.
（3）Pay attention to assemble sequence for core and insert especially during opening mold. Understand what to do before closing mold; take out core and insert orderly and set them in order when opening mold to prevent damaging from piling up.

 

（1）Keep mold integrality to avoid delaying of using mold for the next time
（2）Paint anti-rust oil after cleaning mold, assemble mold according to correct order and set it in dry and ventilated place to prevent mold corrosion from moisture to affect mold lifetime.
（3）Sign mark on mold so that convenient for using in later.
